Day Three: 200 Freestyle
Monday, July 30, 2012 @ 8:24 PM

Tonight in the 200 Freestyle, Ryan came in fourth just missing the medal podium.  Many have weighed in saying that he sacrificed his potential medal placement in this race because he swam the anchor leg of  last night's 4X1.

Ryan commented on the race himself saying:
"I did my best," Lochte said. "I guess sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. I gave it 110 percent. There's probably some things I messed up on, but you live and learn. (Agnel is) a great racer. There's no doubt about it. He's quick and he showed it last night and tonight. I'm happy for him. He did good."
The questions keep pouring in... Did he taper enough? Did he overextend himself? Can he come back from this?

We think so. The worst thing you can do is doubt him. Ryan is known to pull off amazing races.  He's trained hard the last four years... his dedication will pay off.

 Go big or go home
